Tasarım notları (İngilizce)
A stackable A4 paper tray organizer for separating documents, workshop handouts and everyday desk paperwork. The open front and finger cutout give access to each level. Start with the photographed two-tier set; complete three- and four-tier files are also included.
Tray body: 250 × 266 mm; approximately 255 mm wide including the seam clips. Tier pitch: 84 mm. Floor: 4 mm. Minimum clear space between tiers: approximately 78 mm. A4 paper intentionally projects about 34 mm beyond the open front.
The photographed two-tier organizer was glued together with silicone adhesive. Silicone is an additional assembly material and is not included in the printable files. Dry-fit the joints first, then apply a small amount at the mating surfaces as needed; keep the paper surfaces clean and allow the adhesive to cure according to its manufacturer's directions before loading the shelf. No screws or metal fasteners are required.
Remove brims and stray filament. Keep mating parts at the same scale; do not force a tight joint.
Slide the two C-shaped seam clips onto the open ends of the front half's side rails, openings facing inward and lower lips under the floor.
Seat the three dovetails vertically into the rear half. Slide both clips back until they bridge the seam. Every tray needs both clips.
Insert the four foot pegs upward through the bottom tray's corner holes. Align the flat sides of the D-shaped joints.
Fit four long posts over the pegs, add the next assembled tray and repeat for the selected tier count. Fit four caps on the top tier.
Check that all shoulders are seated and the shelf stands level. For the silicone-glued version shown, let the adhesive cure before adding paper.
Place loose papers against the rear stop. Lift sheets through the front cutout. Carry the organizer from its base. The two-tier version was physically printed and assembled by the maker; the three real photos show that version. The 3- and 4-tier sets repeat the same unchanged part geometry and were digitally sliced and reopened, but these taller assemblies have not been physically tested. No measured load rating or tip-stability rating is claimed. Use a level surface and check stability with a light paper load.
