Tasarım notları (İngilizce)
A cake stand that spins on its own printed ball bearing - no metal bearing, no screws, nothing to buy. Three parts: top plate, base, and the bearing cap that holds the balls.
FOUR SIZES, ONE PER PRINTER
A2L - 330 x 320 mm bed: 280 mm plate, 360 g, about 8 h 30 min
A1 - 256 x 256 mm bed: 250 mm plate, 273 g, about 6 h 55 min
A1 mini - 180 mm bed: 167 mm plate, 106 g, about 3 h
PRINTING
0.2 mm layer height, 2 walls, 15% infill
No supports
The bearing balls print in place inside the cap. Give the cap a firm twist when it comes off the bed to free them, then drop it into the base.
A NOTE ON THE MINI
The 167 mm version is the same design scaled down, so the bearing clearances shrink with it. If it feels stiff at first, run it dry for a minute - it loosens up.
USING IT
Put the cake on the top plate and turn it while you pipe. It is PLA, so keep it away from hot pans and wash it by hand.
