Let the part cool completely on the plate before removing it. Clearances are measured at room temperature.
Three L-brackets in one file — 36, 57 and 88 mm along each arm — so you can pick the size that suits the shelf instead of over-building it. Each one is printed with 6 walls and 25% infill, which is what makes a plastic bracket hold rather than creep under load.
The screw holes are countersunk: 4.5 mm through the plate opening out to 7 mm for the head, so an M4 screw sits flush against the wall and against the shelf. Print two per shelf for light loads, three for a wide span.

GOOD TO KNOW· The 6 walls are the whole point. A bracket printed with 2 or 3 walls creeps under sustained load and eventually lets go — do not drop the wall count to save time.· Plastic brackets are for light shelves: books, plants, small storage. Do not use them for anything you would not trust to two M4 screws.
