Üretim ve teslimat

Tasarım notları (İngilizce)
A cake stand that turns. The tray sits on a post in the middle of the pedestal and spins by hand — no bearing, no metal, just two printed surfaces and a small cap that keeps the tray from lifting off.
Three parts. The pedestal is 231.8 mm across at the foot and 120 mm tall, a fluted cone that opens into a pleated base. The tray is 242.8 mm across with a scalloped rim. The cap is 40 mm and clicks onto the post.
Three sizes of the plain version, plus a two-colour one:
242 mm — A1 or any 256 mm bed. 2 plates, 11.7 h, 494 g.
147 mm — fits an A1 mini. 2 plates, 5 h, 143 g.
297 mm — for a 330 mm bed. 2 plates, 19.8 h, 758 g.
0.24 mm layers, 2 walls, 15% infill. The thicker layer height is deliberate: the flutes are the whole look of this piece and they read better with fewer, bolder lines.
Before you print
The 242 and 297 sizes are close to their bed limits, so check first-layer adhesion at the rim. On the 147 mm version everything shrinks including the clearance between post and cap — if the tray does not spin freely, scale the cap up by 0.1 mm and reprint it. It is a four-minute part.
Print the tray and the pedestal in different colours and the seam between them disappears into the design. The photos show a cream pedestal with a cream and a pink tray — one pedestal, two trays.
Wipe it by hand, and put a board or paper under a cake you are going to cut.
