Tasarım notları (İngilizce)
A teardrop cage of curved ribs with a flameless tealight sitting in the middle. Lit, the ribs throw a striped shadow up the wall behind it; unlit it still reads as a sculpture rather than a candle holder.
One part, no assembly. The ribs and the base ring print as a single piece.
What you need to buy
One LED tealight - the flameless battery kind, the standard size sold in packs. The recess in the base is about 42 mm across, and ordinary LED tealights are 37-38 mm, so they drop straight in. That is the only non-printed part.
Do not put a real candle in it. This is PLA. A live flame inside a closed cage of thin ribs will soften and then deform it, and the ribs are 3 mm at their thinnest. The design only makes sense with an LED.
Size
88 mm across the base, 109 mm tall. It fits every bed, down to an A1 mini.
Printing
4 hours 8, 53 g. 0.16 mm layers, 2 walls, 15% infill, light supports where the ribs lean out at the top. The fine layer height matters here - the ribs are curved and a 0.2 mm step shows as a visible stair on the outside face.
Black or a dark filament gives the sharpest shadow. In a light colour the ribs glow instead of silhouetting, which is a different look but works too.
Take the supports off before the part cools completely; on thin ribs they come away cleanly while the plastic still has some give.
