Tasarım notları (İngilizce)
A manually operated rocket desk display that demonstrates rotation turning into upward movement. Hold the base and twist the inner stage to raise or lower it along the helical guide. STAGE ZERO requires the listed M3 bolt, washers and nut to complete the mechanism.
What you print and what you need
Print two pieces: the base with outer sleeve, and the inner stage with its nose cone. You also need one M3 × 60 bolt, two M3 washers and one M3 nyloc nut. These metal parts are not printed. The cross-bolt guides and retains the inner stage; without it, the two printed parts do not form the intended mechanism.
Assembly
Remove stringing and gently clean the helical slot edges.
Place the inner stage inside the sleeve. Align its two cross-holes with the lower ends of the opposed slots.
Put a washer on the bolt, then pass it through the first slot, both inner-stage holes and the opposite slot.
Add the other washer and nyloc nut. Retain the bolt without squeezing the sleeve; it must travel freely along the slots.
Hold the base and gently twist the inner stage. Reverse to lower it. Do not force the bolt past the slot ends.
Size and movement
72 mm base diameter; 48 mm outer-body diameter. Designed height approximately 117 mm lowered and 147 mm raised. Designed travel: 30 mm over 160° of rotation. Keep the supplied 100% scale so the hardware fits.

The three real-life photos show the creator's physical printed parts. The studio covers are photo-based illustrative scenes. The photographs do not establish full-range motion, wear or durability testing. CAD closed-mesh checks, designed-motion interference checks, slicing and reopening were performed; verify smooth movement after fitting the cross-bolt.
